Fundamenta Real Estate SA strengthens its profitability and sustainable growth

Fundamenta Real Estate SA announces a significant increase in its net profit for 2025, reaching CHF 46.1 million, a rise of 51.2% compared to the previous year. This improvement is primarily due to a substantial revaluation of assets, despite the sale of five properties that generated a profit of CHF 7 million. Rental income also increased by 1.1%, resulting from innovative development projects in Basel and Zurich.

In November 2025, the company also successfully completed a significant capital increase, exceeding its target of CHF 50 million to raise CHF 70 million. This move strengthened the company's equity and optimized its balance sheet structure, reducing the Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio to 46.7%. At the same time, sustainability remains a strategic priority, with an improvement in the GRESB score from 71 to 82 points and a reduction in carbon intensity.
