Funding Circle Cancels Shares Following Buyback
Funding Circle Holdings plc recently completed a buyback of its own shares from Investec Bank plc. The transaction occurred on May 15, 2025. The company purchased a total of 48,046 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange. Prices paid ranged between 116.00p and 118.00p, with an average price of 116.7964p per share.
