Funding Circle Completes Share Buyback

Funding Circle Holdings plc has executed a share buyback on the London Stock Exchange. On 4 June 2025, the company repurchased 6,865 Ordinary Shares from Investec Bank plc for cancellation. This action follows the buyback announcement on 15 May 2025.

The highest price paid per share was 112.80p and the lowest was 111.40p, with an average price of 111.7196p. After cancelling these shares, the company’s total share capital now stands at 311,892,992 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.

Investec's transactions included multiple purchases throughout the day at varying prices, with the largest single transaction consisting of 2,344 shares at 111.40p. No shares are held in Treasury. Shareholders may reference the new total to assess notification obligations under the FCA's rules.
