Funding Circle Completes Share Buyback on LSE

Funding Circle Holdings plc has completed a transaction involving the purchase and cancellation of 48,043 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange. The shares were acquired from Investec Bank plc as part of a buy-back program announced on May 15, 2025.

The shares were purchased at prices ranging from 121.80p to 124.00p, with a volume-weighted average price of 122.6317p. Following this transaction, Funding Circle's share capital now includes 310,439,402 ordinary shares with voting rights. No shares are held in Treasury.
