Funding Circle Completes Share Buyback

On April 8, 2025, Funding Circle Holdings plc announced a purchase of 198,713 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange. The transaction, conducted as part of a buy-back plan announced earlier on October 16, 2024, was executed with Investec Bank plc. The shares were acquired at prices ranging from 93.70p to 100.00p, with a volume-weighted average of 96.3705p.

All acquired shares will be canceled, reducing the company's issued share capital to 316,310,947 ordinary shares with voting rights. As there are no shares held in treasury, the new share count serves as the denominator for regulatory notification requirements under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
