Funding Circle Conducts Share Buyback

Funding Circle Holdings plc has executed a transaction to purchase 14,846 of its own ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange as part of a buyback program initially announced in October 2024. The shares were acquired from Investec Bank plc at prices ranging from 115.50p to 117.00p per share, with a volume-weighted average price of 116.8553p. All acquired shares are set for cancellation.

This buyback reduces the company's total share capital to 318,497,004 ordinary shares, all endowed with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in treasury. Shareholders are advised that this new share figure should be used to assess their holdings relative to notification obligations under FCA guidelines.
