Funding Circle Conducts Share Buyback on London Stock Exchange

On December 4, 2024, Funding Circle Holdings plc executed a buyback of its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange. The company bought 135,938 shares from Investec Bank plc, with the highest price at 140.50p and the lowest at 134.50p. The volume-weighted average price stood at 137.0932p per share.

Following the cancellation of these shares, the company's issued capital is now 329,741,809 ordinary shares, all bearing voting rights. This transaction follows the buyback announcement made by the company on October 16, 2024. There are no treasury shares after the completion of this process.
