Funding Circle Executes Share Buyback

Funding Circle Holdings plc announced the repurchase of 99,349 ordinary shares from Investec Bank plc on the London Stock Exchange. This move is part of its ongoing buyback program, initially declared on May 15, 2025. The highest price paid per share was 145.40 pence, while the lowest was 138.40 pence. The volume-weighted average price for the shares stood at 142.2450 pence.

Upon cancellation of these shares, the total issued share capital of Funding Circle will consist of 307,385,338 ordinary shares with voting rights. There are currently no shares held in Treasury. Shareholders can use this updated figure to assess their positions under the FCA's regulations.
