Funding Circle Executes Share Buyback

Funding Circle Holdings plc has completed a share buyback transaction, purchasing 16,449 Ordinary Shares from Investec Bank plc. The highest and lowest prices paid per share were 130.40p and 126.40p, respectively, with a volume weighted average price of 127.8083p.

These shares will be held in treasury, bringing the total number of treasury shares to 493,904. The overall issued share capital now stands at 304,741,576, while the number of shares with voting rights is 304,247,672.

This buyback, part of a program announced in May 2025, aims to manage the company's capital structure efficiently. It aligns with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 concerning Market Abuse. Shareholders can use the updated figure of 304,247,672 to assess changes in interest in the company according to the FCA's rules.
