Funding Circle Executes Share Buyback

Funding Circle Holdings plc recently executed a share buyback, purchasing 145,163 ordinary shares from Investec Bank plc. This transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange and was part of a buyback program previously announced on October 16, 2024. The highest price paid per share was 114.00p, with a lowest price of 109.40p. The volume-weighted average price was 112.1276p.

As a result of the transaction, Funding Circle will cancel the acquired shares, reducing the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights to 317,227,874. No treasury shares are held. Shareholders can use the updated number to assess their notification requirements in compliance with FCA guidelines.
