Funding Circle Executes Share Buyback

On January 9, 2026, Funding Circle Holdings plc completed a purchase of its own ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange. The company acquired 61,967 shares as part of a buyback program announced in May 2025. The shares were bought at prices ranging from 127.40p to 128.80p, with a volume-weighted average price of 128.0085p per share. These shares will be held in treasury.

Following this transaction, Funding Circle now holds a total of 2,726,082 shares in treasury and has 302,015,494 shares in circulation.
