Funding Circle Executes Share Buyback

Funding Circle Holdings plc has completed the acquisition of 52,389 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange. This transaction is part of the redemption plan announced on 15 May 2025. The highest price paid per share was 155.40p, and the lowest was 153.40p, with a volume-weighted average price of 154.4420p.

The acquired shares will be held in treasury, bringing the total to 3,678,481 treasury shares. Funding Circle's total voting shares now stand at 301,063,095. These can be used by shareholders for notification requirements under the Financial Conduct Authority's rules.

This transaction complies with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, part of the Market Abuse Regulation, as outlined by the EU Withdrawal Act 2018.
