Funding Circle Executes Share Buyback

Funding Circle Holdings plc has executed a share buyback, purchasing 152,535 ordinary shares from Investec Bank plc on the London Stock Exchange. The transaction, part of a program announced on 15 May 2025, featured a price range from 124.60p to 129.00p per share. The average price was 126.6650p. All purchased shares will be cancelled.

Following cancellation, Funding Circle's issued share capital will consist of 305,125,235 ordinary shares with voting rights. Currently, no shares are held in Treasury. The updated share capital figure aids in notifying shareholders under the FCA's regulations. The buyback aligns with Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation.
