Funding Circle Executes Share Buyback on London Stock Exchange

Funding Circle Holdings plc has completed a share buyback transaction on 29 August 2025. The company purchased 100,000 ordinary shares from Investec Bank plc on the London Stock Exchange. The shares were acquired at prices ranging from 143.60p to 149.40p, with a volume weighted average price of 145.7716p per share. Following the buyback, all repurchased shares will be cancelled, adjusting the total issued share capital to 307,576,474 ordinary shares. The absence of shares held in Treasury clarifies the denominator used by shareholders for notification purposes under FCA's transparency rules.
