Funding Circle Executes Share Buyback on London Stock Exchange

Funding Circle Holdings plc has progressed its ongoing share buyback program by repurchasing 160,000 of its own ordinary shares on January 28, 2025. The buyback transaction involved shares purchased from Investec Bank plc at prices ranging from 127.00p to 129.50p, with the volume-weighted average price calculated at 128.0962p.

The intention is to cancel all acquired shares, reducing the total number of outstanding voting shares to 324,599,016. This figure serves as the new denominator for shareholders concerning notification obligations under FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

No ordinary shares are held in Treasury by the company. The buyback aligns with the company's strategy, announced on October 16, 2024, and complies with the Market Abuse Regulation under Retained EU Law.
