Funding Circle Executes Share Buyback on London Stock Exchange
On April 7, 2025, Funding Circle Holdings plc announced the successful repurchase and cancellation of 176,682 ordinary shares through Investec Bank plc. This buyback is part of a previously disclosed program initiated on October 16, 2024. The shares were acquired at a volume-weighted average price of 91.4059 pence, with prices ranging between 87.20 pence and 96.70 pence per share.
The cancellation of these shares reduces Funding Circle's total issued share capital to 316,509,660 ordinary shares, all with voting rights. This figure serves as a benchmark for shareholders to assess their required notification obligations as per the FCA's disclosure guidelines.
The transactions, conducted on the London Stock Exchange, align with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014. There are currently no shares held in Treasury by Funding Circle.
