Funding Circle Executes Share Buyback on LSE
On 23 September 2025, Funding Circle Holdings plc executed a share buyback as announced on 15 May 2025. The company purchased 93,027 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange, to be canceled, from Investec Bank plc. The highest and lowest prices paid per share were 124.60p and 120.20p respectively, with a volume-weighted average price of 123.1344p.
Post-cancellation, Funding Circle's share capital consists of 306,058,520 ordinary shares with voting rights, while no shares are held in Treasury. Investors can use this number as the denominator for interest calculations as per FCA's rules.
This transaction complies with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, a part of Retained EU Law under the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
