Funding Circle Executes Share Buyback on LSE
On May 29, 2025, Funding Circle Holdings plc announced the repurchase and cancellation of 90,442 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange. The shares were acquired at prices ranging from 107.00p to 109.20p. The volume-weighted average price was 108.0513p per share. This transaction was part of a share buyback program initiated on May 15, 2025, in collaboration with Investec Bank plc.
Following this repurchase, Funding Circle's total issued share capital will comprise 312,105,420 ordinary shares with voting rights. No shares are held in treasury.
