Funding Circle Executes Share Buyback on LSE
On 16 December 2024, Funding Circle Holdings plc announced the purchase of 90,000 Ordinary Shares on the London Stock Exchange as part of its buyback program initiated on 16 October 2024. Investec Bank plc facilitated the transaction.
The company paid a highest price of 133.50p, a lowest of 128.00p, and a volume-weighted average of 132.2293p per share. All repurchased shares will be canceled, reducing the total issued share capital to 328,625,410 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
