Funding Circle Executes Share Buyback on LSE
On 29 April 2025, Funding Circle Holdings plc announced the purchase of 194,884 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange from Investec Bank plc. This action is part of the buy-back programme initiated on 16 October 2024. The highest price paid per share was 113.80p, while the lowest was 111.60p, with an average price of 112.9299p.
The company plans to cancel all repurchased shares, resulting in an adjusted total of 314,587,114 shares with voting rights. No shares are held in Treasury. Shareholders may use the post-cancellation share capital figure to assess any changes required under the FCA's rules.
