Funding Circle Executes Share Buyback Programme
On 11 June 2025, Funding Circle Holdings plc finalized a share buyback transaction on the London Stock Exchange with Investec Bank plc. The company repurchased 26,295 ordinary shares, ranging in price from 120.20p to 121.40p per share, with a volume-weighted average of 120.7916p per share. Following the acquisition, all shares will be canceled, leaving a total of 311,673,185 ordinary shares in circulation.
This action aligns with Funding Circle’s buyback programme announced on 15 May 2025. The updated issued share capital will serve as a reference under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules for shareholders to monitor any changes in their interests.
