Funding Circle Plc Announces Capital Reduction Approval
Funding Circle Holdings Plc has confirmed the approval of a capital reduction. The decision received shareholder approval at the general meeting on 14 November 2024. The High Court of Justice granted formal approval on 3 December 2024. The Court's order and an approved statement of capital have been sent to the Registrar of Companies. The capital reduction will be effective upon registration by the Registrar.
The reduction creates additional distributable reserves of approximately £293.5 million. The process does not involve any distribution or repayment of capital and does not change the total number of shares issued by the company.
