Funding Circle Plc Announces Share Buyback and Cancellation

On January 30, 2025, Funding Circle Holdings plc completed a purchase of ordinary shares from Investec Bank plc as part of its previously announced buyback program. A total of 159,818 ordinary shares were acquired at a volume weighted average price of 127.5491 pence per share, with the highest price at 129.50 pence and the lowest at 125.00 pence. The company plans to cancel these shares, reducing its issued share capital to 324,281,016 ordinary shares with voting rights.

Following this cancellation, there will be no ordinary shares held in treasury. This new figure will be the reference for shareholders and others with notification obligations to assess their interest in the company under FCA's regulations.

The transactions were detailed as per the Market Abuse Regulation, with all trades executed on the London Stock Exchange (XLON).
