Funding Circle Plc Completes Share Buy-Back Program
On 17 February 2025, Funding Circle Holdings Plc announced the repurchase and cancellation of 88,790 ordinary shares from Investec Bank plc. This operation is part of a buy-back program disclosed on 16 October 2024. The shares were acquired at a highest price of 111.00p, a lowest price of 109.50p, and a volume-weighted average price of 110.7640p per share.
After this transaction, the total issued share capital of Funding Circle consists of 322,243,239 ordinary shares. These shares carry voting rights and serve as the basis for shareholders to notify any changes in their interests as stipulated by the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
This buy-back aligns with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, forming part of the Retained EU Law under the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
