Funding Circle Plc Completes Share Buyback

On December 5, 2024, Funding Circle Holdings Plc announced the purchase of 131,930 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange from Investec Bank Plc. This transaction is part of its previously announced buyback program from October 16, 2024.

The shares were acquired at prices ranging from 132.00p to 135.50p, with a volume-weighted average price of 134.7897p. These shares will be canceled, reducing the total issued share capital to 329,609,879 ordinary shares, all with voting rights.
