Funding Circle Plc Executes Share Buy-Back
On 3 April 2025, Funding Circle Holdings Plc announced the purchase and cancellation of 186,201 of its Ordinary Shares from Investec Bank plc on the London Stock Exchange. This move is part of its ongoing buy-back program initiated on 16 October 2024. The highest price paid per share was 110.40p, with a lowest of 106.20p, and a volume-weighted average price of 109.1005p.
Post-cancellation, the issued share capital of Funding Circle will comprise 316,935,982 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The company holds no shares in Treasury. The revised share capital figure serves as the denominator for shareholders to determine changes in their interest under FCA regulations.
