Funding Circle Holdings plc has finalized a transaction involving the repurchase of 158,182 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange. This move is part of a buy-back plan announced on October 16, 2024. The shares were acquired at prices ranging from 127.50p to 130.50p per share, achieving a volume-weighted average price of 129.1944p.

The company intends to cancel the repurchased shares, bringing its total issued share capital to 324,440,834 ordinary shares, which retain voting rights. Notably, Funding Circle holds no shares in treasury.
