Funding Circle Plc Executes Share Buyback

On 11 February 2025, Funding Circle Holdings plc announced the purchase and cancellation of 100,000 ordinary shares from Investec Bank plc. This transaction is part of a buyback program announced in October 2024. The shares were acquired on the London Stock Exchange with a volume-weighted average price of 106.7027 pence per share, with prices ranging from 104.50p to 108.50p.

Following this buyback, Funding Circle's total issued share capital stands at 322,877,037 shares with voting rights. The Company has confirmed there are no shares held in Treasury, setting this figure as the denominator for shareholder interest notifications under FCA guidelines.
