Funding Circle Plc Executes Share Buyback Program
On 13 October 2025, Funding Circle Holdings plc executed a share buyback, purchasing 104,217 ordinary shares from Investec Bank plc on the London Stock Exchange. This transaction is part of the company's buyback initiative announced on 15 May 2025.
The highest price paid per share was 128.00p, while the lowest was 122.00p. The volume-weighted average price settled at 125.0468p per share. All repurchased shares will be cancelled, resulting in a revised issued share capital of 304,850,961 ordinary shares with voting rights.
The absence of shares held in treasury allows the new share figure to serve as a reference for shareholders for FCA's disclosure requirements. This buyback is aligned with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, part of the Retained EU Law in the UK.
