Funding Circle Plc Executes Share Buyback

On January 15, 2025, Funding Circle Holdings plc purchased a total of 160,809 ordinary shares from Investec Bank plc on the London Stock Exchange. This transaction is part of a share buyback program announced on October 16, 2024. The shares were acquired at prices ranging from 121.00p to 125.50p with a volume-weighted average price of 123.9998p per share. The company plans to cancel these shares, reducing its issued share capital to 326,011,293 ordinary shares with voting rights.

This adjustment allows shareholders and other parties to use the new share count for obligations under the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. The transaction aligns with Article 5(1)(b) of the Market Abuse Regulation, as part of Retained EU Law following Brexit.
