Future Fuels Inc. Acquires Hatchet Uranium Corp

Future Fuels Inc. has signed an amalgamation agreement to acquire all issued and outstanding securities of Hatchet Uranium Corp (HUC), a subsidiary of ValOre Metals Corp. The acquisition will enhance Future Fuels' uranium exploration portfolio in the Athabasca Basin. Rob Leckie, CEO of Future Fuels, noted that the acquisition adds promising exploration targets close to existing mines.

HUC's properties cover approximately 97,674 hectares, comprising five major claim blocks: Hatchet Lake, CBX/Shoe, Usam, Genie, and Highway. The Hatchet Lake property alone consists of 13,711 hectares, while the Highway property offers potential under an 80% acquisition option. These regions have been explored using advanced technology, including VRIFY AI data compilation.

Under the agreement, HUC shareholders will exchange their shares for Future Fuels shares. The completion of this transaction requires several approvals, including those from the TSX Venture Exchange and HUC shareholders.
