Galenica Nominates Nadine Balkanyi-Nordmann for Board of Directors

Galenica AG has announced the nomination of Nadine Balkanyi-Nordmann for election to its Board of Directors. This will be proposed at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting on April 10, 2025. Balkanyi-Nordmann, born in 1972, is a renowned legal expert with a strong background in administrative law and risk management.

Nadine Balkanyi-Nordmann is the founder and CEO of Lexperience AG. She has held positions at major law firms and financial institutions, such as UBS and BNP Paribas, across continents including Asia, America, and Switzerland. Her education includes a law degree from the University of Zurich and an LL.M. from Hong Kong University.

She aims to enhance Galenica's board by integrating ESG criteria and adapting to new regulatory needs. Currently a member of the Sanitas Board of Directors, she will not seek re-election in 2025.
