Galloper Gold Corp. has announced a non-brokered private placement with strategic investors. The offering involves up to 9,000,000 units, each priced at $0.05, aiming for gross proceeds of up to $450,000. Each unit comprises one common share and one-half of a purchase warrant, allowing the purchase of an additional share at $0.075 within a year.
The closure is anticipated around January 31, 2025, pending Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) approvals. The funds will advance Galloper’s Glover Island asset and cover general expenses, including marketing and investor relations.
