Galloper Gold Corp. has finalized the acquisition of additional exploration claims on Glover Island in Newfoundland. This move aligns with Galloper's ongoing exploration initiatives as outlined in the agreement made with a third-party vendor. The acquisition involves the purchase of three claims adjacent to Galloper's existing exploration sites on Glover Island.

As part of the transaction, Galloper has issued 300,000 common shares to the vendor. These shares are subject to a statutory hold period, which will expire four months from the issuance date. This acquisition supports Galloper's strategic focus on exploring the Central Newfoundland Gold Belt, particularly targeting gold and base metals.
