Mr. Sparrow's career includes successful geoscientific data integration and project management. His educational background includes a B.Sc. (Hons) from Memorial University, confirming his professional pedigree in the region. Galloper’s CEO, Hratch Jabrayan, expressed confidence in Sparrow's ability to lead operational growth during a transformative period for the company.

As part of his compensation, Mr. Sparrow received stock options to purchase 300,000 common shares at $0.08 per share, vesting over 24 months.
