Galway Metals Initiates Updated Mineral Resource Estimate for Clarence Stream
Galway Metals Inc. has begun an updated Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) for the Clarence Stream Gold Project, located in New Brunswick, Canada. The project is 100% owned by the company. The 2022 MRE indicated 12.4 Mt @ 2.3 g/t Au for 922,000 oz and inferred 16.0 Mt @ 2.6 g/t Au for 1.334 M oz.
The update comes amidst higher gold prices and incorporates substantial drilling since the last assessment. Galway completed 342 diamond drill holes totaling 69,556 meters, focusing on the Southwest and North Deposits. SLR Consulting Ltd., an independent firm, is conducting the MRE review.
The updated MRE will include results from recent drilling and aim for completion by the end of Q2 2026. Galway continues to evaluate the technical and economic potential of Clarence Stream.
