MS Industrie AG Releases 2025 Annual Report
MS Industrie AG has published its Annual Report for 2025, highlighting key financial and operational performance metrics for the year. The company reported a 3% increase in revenue for continuing operations, reaching €144.6 million. Despite revenue growth, the consolidated net income faced a downturn, registering a loss of €5.3 million, primarily due to start-up costs for its new US facility and other financial impacts.
MS Industrie AG underwent changes in 2025, notably refocusing on automated metalworking and assembly after divesting the Ultrasonic Technology division. Operational improvements were recorded, with adjusted EBITDA rising to €6.8 million compared to €4.0 million the previous year.
The new facility in Charlotte, USA, commenced operations in 2026, with expected business diversification and break-even by year-end. Looking ahead, the group anticipates a return to profitability in 2026, projecting revenues of €155 million and improved net income.
