GECI International adjusts its bonds to boost its growth

GECI International has obtained the agreement of its investors to amend the terms of its bonds and warrants issued on February 18, 2025. This decision follows the meetings of bondholders, allowing the company to strengthen its strategy in high value-added markets such as High Performance Computing and Smart Cities.

The amendment aims to suspend the amortization of the bonds until June 2026, extending the maturity until March 2027. The redemption premiums have been adjusted and participation of holders in capital increases by offsetting receivables is now possible. The change in the conditions for exercising the share subscription warrants aims to maintain their attractiveness.

These changes, unanimously supported by the investors present, illustrate their confidence in GECI International's strategic plan.
