GECI International: New date for the General Assembly
GECI International informs its shareholders of a change to the date of its Annual General Meeting. Initially scheduled for September 24, 2026, then postponed to October 14, it will now take place on October 15, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. This postponement is subject to an extension of the meeting deadline granted by the Nanterre Commercial Court. No other terms and conditions are affected, and votes already cast remain valid.
A corrective press release will be published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) and a legal notices journal. Documents relating to the meeting are available on the GECI International website.
