GECI International postpones its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

GECI International announces the postponement of its Annual General Meeting. Originally scheduled for September 24, it will now take place on October 14 at 9:30 a.m. This change is due to technical constraints beyond the company's control. The company must obtain an extension from the Nanterre Commercial Court.

The procedures for shareholder participation and voting remain unchanged. Postal voting or proxy forms already submitted remain valid for the new date. A corrective notice will be published in the legal announcements.
