GEE Group Sells Triad Light Industrial Division to Armada Staffing Group

GEE Group Inc., a provider of professional staffing and human resource solutions, announced the completion of the sale of its Triad Light Industrial Division to Armada Staffing Group, a division of Reliable Staffing Resources. The deal, effective June 2, 2025, reinforces GEE Group's focus on professional staffing in sectors like IT, engineering, finance, and healthcare.

Reliable acquired most assets of the Triad division, with nearly all its employees transitioning to Armada. Deborah Santora, the division's president, will continue to lead operations. The terms of the transaction remain undisclosed, though the division was previously noted as a "discontinued operation" in GEE Group's recent SEC filings.

GEE Group's COO, Alex Stuckey, expressed confidence in Armada’s leadership to grow the division, while CEO Derek Dewan reaffirmed the company’s commitment to expanding its core professional services.
