Gérard Perrier Industrie (GPI) has announced the opening of exclusive negotiations for the acquisition of 100% of the companies Audit Qualité Laboratoire Electronique (AQLE), Somalec, and Somalec Supply. Specializing in automation and electrical equipment, GPI aims to expand its operations in the aerospace and defense sectors.
The three companies in question possess recognized expertise in the creation and integration of complex electronic systems. This potential acquisition would offer GPI technical and commercial synergies, thereby strengthening its strategic positioning.
The completion of the transaction will depend on consultations with staff and obtaining the usual final approvals in this type of transaction.
