Getlink SE Reports Share and Voting Rights Information
On January 10, 2025, Getlink SE released its latest data regarding the total shares and voting rights, as required by the French commercial code. As of December 31, 2024, Getlink SE, registered under RCS Paris 483 385 142, revealed that its share capital comprises 550 million ordinary shares.
The theoretical number of voting rights stands at 784,982,112. This calculation includes shares with temporarily suspended voting rights. Notably, the actual exercisable voting rights total 776,425,670.
The nominal value of each ordinary share is set at €0.40. Additionally, a double voting right benefits shares held in registered form by the same shareholder for two years, as per the company's by-laws.
