Declaration of share buyback by GEVELOT SA
GEVELOT SA carried out new transactions on its own shares between January 19 and 23, 2026. These transactions were carried out without the use of derivative instruments.
On January 22, 527 shares were acquired at an average price of €170 per share. The following day, January 23, an additional 1,000 shares were purchased, this time at an average price of €171 per share. The transactions took place on the Euronext Paris market (XPAR).
