GGL Resources Corp. Closes Initial $350,000 Private Placement Tranche
On July 24, 2025, GGL Resources Corp. announced the closure of the initial tranche of its private placement, raising $350,000. This tranche included the sale of 7,000,000 units at $0.05 each. Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant, allowing purchase of an additional share at $0.10 until July 24, 2027. Shares from this tranche are on hold in Canada until November 25, 2025.
The funds will support exploration projects in the US and Canada, and for general capital. Insiders bought 980,000 units, constituting a related party transaction under TSX-V Policy 5.9 and MI 61-101. The company followed MI 61-101 exemptions as insider participation is under 25% of its market cap.
GGL plans to close another tranche by August 8, 2025, following TSX Venture Exchange policies.
