Gimv's Extraordinary General Meeting Fails to Reach Quorum

On December 23, 2024, Gimv convened an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) which did not reach the required attendance quorum. Of the total shares, only 39.27% were represented, equating to 11,236,416 shares. The necessary quorum was set at 50% to deliberate on a potential capital increase aimed at accelerating strategic growth and maximizing value creation.

Due to the insufficient representation, a subsequent EGM is scheduled for January 13, 2025. This meeting will proceed with the same agenda and will deliberate and resolve regardless of the number of shares present or represented.
