GL Events: Update of the number of voting rights and shares as of August 31, 2025

GL Events has announced its latest figures for its share capital as of August 31, 2025. The total number of shares comprising the share capital is 29,982,787. These shares generate a total gross number of voting rights of 47,278,340.

The total net voting rights, taking into account shares deprived of this privilege for reasons such as treasury stock, reached 46,513,514. This information is published in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority, guaranteeing transparency and regulatory compliance.
