Gladstone Land Announces Quarterly Cash Distributions and Earnings Report
Gladstone Land Corporation has declared monthly cash distributions for July, August, and September 2025. Common stockholders will receive $0.0467 per share each month, totaling $0.1401 for the quarter. Since its IPO in January 2013, Gladstone Land has consistently paid its distributions without interruption.
Series B and C Preferred stockholders are set to receive $0.125 per share monthly, totaling $0.375 for the quarter. Series D and E Preferred stocks will distribute $0.104167 per month, summing up to $0.312501 quarterly. None of the preferred stocks have seen a missed or reduced payment.
