Gledhow Investments Announces Further CLN Conversion
Gledhow Investments plc has announced a further conversion of convertible loan notes (CLNs). The company is converting £102,135 into 10,213,556 new Ordinary Shares, to be issued to P3 Capital Limited.
Following this conversion, P3 Capital Limited will hold 21,250,000 shares, representing 19.72% of the issued share capital. If all remaining CLNs are converted, P3's position would increase to 31.43%.
Additionally, P4 Capital Limited holds 11,036,444 shares, equating to 10.24%, with potential to rise to 13.65% after full CLN conversion.
The new shares will be admitted to trading on the Aquis Growth Market by 20 August 2025. After this CLN conversion, Gledhow will have a total of 107,784,984 Ordinary Shares in issue, each with one voting right.
