This strategic move will allow the company to prioritize resource development and update its existing resource models. The expected duration of this operational hiatus ranges from four to twelve months. During this time, the company will maintain management and monitoring activities to ensure compliance.

The decision aligns with the company's recent internal review, highlighting the necessity for a thorough relogging and resampling of the mine's core materials. Gold Mountain estimates that 65% of all available core material can be reassessed. The completion of this process is anticipated by the end of October 2025, aiming for the development of a new Preliminary Economic Assessment and updated Technical Report.
